Company Description:

A specialist asset manager who is one of Europe's largest investment managers. Assets include pension funds, insurers, soverign wealth funds and financial institutions. Focussed on risk-management strategies such as liability-driven investment (LDI), fixed income, currency risk management and multi-asset investment.

Job Description:

·       Produce industry-leading research on sustainability-related topics and their application to RI in fixed income specifically

·       Work with other members of RI team to ensure research outcomes influence integration approaches

·       Act as main conduit for interactions with broader RI community to ensure best practice within business and parent company

·       Sit on industry committees to help develop sustainable finance initiatives and ensure interests of fixed income investors are acknowledged and accepted

·       Work to help deliver net zero strategy

·       Participate in internal governance framework 

·       As part of the RI leadership group help to coach and mentor younger members of the team

Minimum Requirements:

·       A passion for ESG issues and the role they can play in investments

·       Extensive RI industry experience (7+ years) with some experience in a leadership capacity

·       Strong technical knowledge and grasp of ESG issues especially relating to climate and nature

·       Advanced project management skills

·       Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Public speaking experience is essential

·       An understanding of institutional investors and financial markets
