Job Description:

The successful candidate will partner with investments, distribution as well as the firm’s responsible investing resources to promote and drive the growth of the fixed income business.

Working with the Director of Fixed Income Business Development and Strategy—Responsible Investing, they will be responsible for the investment strategy and vision for Fixed Income

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in stakeholder management

  • Responsible investing and fixed income expertise

  • Experience in the investment-management industry as well as the competitive landscape

  • Business development skills to act as conduit to the firm’s investment teams, supports clients and internal business partners

  • A good understanding industry systems and databases is a plus, e.g. Bloomberg, MSCI, Sustainalytics

  • Understand how product strategy & development designs are used to develop and manage the firm’s investment services and as well as to identify new opportunities

  • Passion for sustainability and responsible investing

  • Excellent communication skills, highly detail-oriented and organized

  • CFA or progressing towards preferred; ESG qualifications or progress towards are a plus
