Through our Talent Roots initiative,  we play our part in tackling the inequities and inequalities in society and address these issues in the industry in which we work now and for the future. We have partnered with the B1G1  Business for Good initiative to embed meaningful giving throughout our daily business activities and to support our chosen SDGs.

As a team we create, support and drive action to enhance DEI, socio-economic development, the environment, and governance on a global scale.

Our impact activities this quarter

• We ran a shoe drive to collect gently used shoes for an orphanage in South Africa.
• We ran 10 industry interview sessions for the Queen Mary University students, with incredible industry experts giving their time, advice and their knowledge on DEI in Financial Services.
• We cleaned a stretch of the Thames River in Richmond enjoying our time outdoors as a team and exercising to aid our Mental health for Mental Health Awareness Week.
• Continued to run the Sustainable mentorship scheme.
