Through our Talent Roots initiative,   we play our part in tackling the inequities and inequalities in society and address these issues in the industry in which we work now and for the future. We have partnered with the B1G1  Business for Good initiative to embed meaningful giving throughout our daily business activities and to support our chosen SDGs.

As a team we create, support and drive action to enhance DEI, socio-economic development, the environment, and governance on a global scale.

Our impact activities this quarter

• We became B Corp certified in March.
• We visited a wind turbine in Reading to learn first-hand about renewable energy.
• We kicked off our Sustainability challenge project with Queen Mary University students, tasking them with DEI research questions to help the Financial services industry.
• Sustainability windmill educational outreach programme to disadvantaged children in South Africa.
• Continued with a sustainability mentorship scheme.
