With a robust portfolio exceeding €3 billion in transactions across wind, solar, bioenergy, energy storage, and recycling projects in the USA and Europe, the company manages 1GW of assets in the UK, Ireland, France, Sweden, Finland, Italy, and Spain.


The company manages multiple private funds targeting renewable energy investments. Their funds include investments in onshore wind, solar, and battery storage projects across Europe, backed by major institutional investors and focusing on a range of clean energy projects.
In addition to co-mingled funds, the company offers direct investment opportunities through SMAs, allowing institutional investors to focus on renewable energy assets with strong ESG credentials. They also plan to launch specialist vehicles targeting energy transition initiatives.

Job Description:

Primary Focus: Valuation, financial modelling, and project due diligence for wind, solar PV, and energy storage investments.
Support: Develop financial models for various functional groups (investment, finance, asset management), tracking performance and valuations.
Responsibilities:
o Prepare valuations and investor return scenarios.
o Conduct due diligence and coordinate with internal and external teams.
o Negotiate deal terms and support investment case preparation for management committees and investment boards.
o Assist in negotiating contracts and overseeing financial close, construction, and long-term operation of assets.
Analytical Work: Provide detailed analytical support for assigned projects, ensuring robust risk-adjusted valuations.
Template Development: Contribute to the development of standardized valuation models and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum honours degree in mathematics, finance, engineering, or science.
• Minimum three years’ experience in financial analysis of renewable project assets in target markets.
• Transactional experience, including acquisitions/disposals and knowledge of legal documentation.
• Advantageous to have project debt financing experience.
• Competency in due diligence, negotiating key project valuation drivers, and achieving project financing.
• Strong financial modelling and project valuation skills.
• Effective project and stakeholder management skills, with strong written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
