Their work is supported by regional collaborations with top environmental conservation organisations, which serve as advisors on sustainability and reforestation strategies.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Sustainability, the Sustainability Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that the company’s operations meet high standards of sustainable practices while exploring new ways to leverage forests for climate change mitigation, halting biodiversity loss, and supporting equitable rural development.

Collaborating with internal teams, investee companies, and external partners to ensure that sustainability practices and policies are understood and integrated across global operations.

Conducting research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainable investment.

Assisting in the development and execution of sustainability initiatives and projects, ensuring they meet objectives and are delivered on time.

Supporting the collection of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness.

Converting ESG data into comprehensive reports for various stakeholders, including leadership, regulatory bodies, and clients.

Preparing presentations and other materials to communicate sustainability efforts and progress.
Minimum Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in environmental science, sustainability, forestry, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

A deep passion for sustainability and responsible investment practices.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

1-2 years of experience in investment analysis or management, particularly within natural resources or real assets.

Knowledge of forest management, natural resource investment, or similar sectors.

Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
